Visiting Research Scholars

The Office of the Provost manages a Visiting Research Scholar status for scholars collaborating with GC faculty or otherwise contributing to GC programming or scholarship.

Visiting Scholars obtain a GC photo ID for borrowing privileges and a GC network account.  For off-site access to library resources (and to link from a OneSearch record to an individual ebook in Ebook Central while on campus), they must choose the second login option — “Log in with your GC Network Account (alternate)” — on the login screen.  Contact the Executive Officer or Assistant Program Officer for your affiliated department with questions about ID and network account creation.
